The loss of Samantha Spady,19, of Beatrice, Neb., who was found dead at the Sigma Pi fraternity house on the Campus of Colorado State University having a blood alcohol concentration of more than five times the legal limit propelled a hard look at the under age drinking habits of hundreds of greek brothers and sisters as well as members of the Colorado State University student body in the fall semester weeks after her death.
